Background of the Speaker :
Hasrizal holds a Bachelor of Sharia & Islamic Studies (Honours) from
Mu’tah University, Jordan. Previously Hasrizal attended Sekolah
Izzuddin Shah in Ipoh 88-92.
Building on his experience as Minister of Religion in Belfast Islamic
Centre Northern Ireland under the sponsorship from The al-Maktoom
Foundation, UAE, and several Islamic centres in the Republic of Ireland,
as well as Assistant Director at Fitrah Perkasa, a training and
consultancy firm in Malaysia, Hasrizal became the first Visiting
Counselor and Muslim Chaplain at Malaysia’s National Heart Institute
(IJN) in 2007. He is now a trainer at his own training and consultation
firm, Synergy Training & Consulting (formerly known as Saifulislam
Training & Consultancy), established in 2008.
Hasrizal is also the appointed trainer and member of the advisory board for the AKADEMI SINERGI.
Currently Hasrizal is on his study leave, pursuing his postgraduate
studies at the National University of Malaysia (UKM) for Masters of
Islamic Studies in History.
Hasrizal succeeded in bookwriting after
his AKU TERIMA NIKAHNYA became one of the National Best Sellers, more
than 70 thousands copy sold within a couple year. He recently launched
another six books, BERCINTA SAMPAI KE SYURGA, MURABBI CINTA, RINDU BAU
POHON TIN, SECANGKIR TEH PENGUBAT LETIH, TRANSFORMASI RAMADAN, EDISI
ISTIMEWA AKU TERIMA NIKAHNYA (Trilogy) and the most recent; DI HAMPARAN
SHAMROCK KUSERU NAMA-MU. His ebook, TAK KENAL MAKA TAK CINTA is also leading in National Ebook industry.
Hasrizal is also recently appointed by Ministry of Health as the
Personality Ambassador for Organ Donation. He himself is an organ
pledger since 2007.
Married to Dr. Nazhatul Muna Ahmad Nasarudin, an Emergency Medicine
Physician Consultant in UKM Medical Centre (UKMMC), they are blessed
with four beautiful kids, Muhammad Saiful Islam (2002), Naurah Sabihah
(2004), Muhammad Imaduddin (2006) and Ahmad Muizzuddin (2009).
Dr Isam Rajab
was born in Kuwait and graduated with a BA in Sharīʿah from the Islamic
University of Madinah. He holds a Masters and Ph.D in Islamic Studies
from California University.
Dr Isam has over 10 years of experience as an Imam in the US and Kuwait. He has specialised in and is licensed to instruct in the inheritance system of Islam. He has 2 ijāzas in memorising the Qurʾan and is the author of a book about the Qiraʾāt of the Qurʾan.
Sheikh Isam has recorded a number of programs for television and his shows have appeared on Ramadan TV and Islam Channel. He is also founder and director of AREES Institute.
Sheikh Isam currently resides in Damascus with his family, and we are delighted that he has added AlKauthar to his list of daʿwah efforts.
